D E C L A R A T I O N
The Shipper Hereby:
(1)Expressly declares that the particulars furnished by him or his agent are correct which are contained herein, that the consignment being booked under this letter of instructtion is ready for export and does not contain anything which is forbidden by the existing law of Pakistan to export, keep or transport, that the consignment does not contain anything covered under restricted articles as described by IATA, and that he is aware of and accepts the CONDITIONS OF CARRAIGE FOR CARGO which can be inspected at the carrier's Booking Office and which will be incorporated in the consignment note(S)/AWB.

(2) Authorises and requests lonesons Enterprises, to complete the consignment Notes/AWB. and other documents in condition with despatch, carriage and delivery of the goods as agent for an on behalf of the sender as provided by the (CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE) Art 3 Para 3.

(iii) Undertakes and binds himself to pay the Air Freight Amount mentioned in the Airway Bill under which consignment is booked when the AWB, is executed by the Lonesons Enterprises as Freight Prepaid basis and pay all the charges at once on intimation, incurred on the transportation, if the consignment is on charges collect baisi and the consignee refuses to make the payment at destination we shall make this payment irrespective of any dispute with Lonesons Enterprises of the carrier conserned.
